  • Helping develop or clarify/refine a vision and mission for your philanthropy (and ensuring it is aligned with your overall goals and strategic direction)

  • Working with you to craft a strategic giving plan that includes long- and short-term goals as well as measurable outcomes to ensure forward momentum and progress

  • Coordinating with your legal and financial advisors as needed to determine the appropriate giving vehicle to meet your charitable interests and financial needs

  • Assisting you in the development of infrastructure, processes, and template forms that can streamline your giving and ensure consistency in the information you receive from non-profits; some of the tools we develop in partnership with you include grant guidelines, grant applications, grant evaluation forms, etc.

  • Identifying and implementing unique ways to involve your children, other family members, your colleagues and employees
