Killian FlanaganSocial Media Coordinator
“Philanthropy is a way to extend a helping hand and bring positive impact to someone else’s life. Whether this is through a donation of time, resources, or money, it is a way to share what you have with someone else.”
When Killian first got introduced to PiP, we quickly learned of her love for dogs, the outdoors, and donuts. That’s all it took for us to know she was a keeper! We quickly enlisted her support as our Social Media Coordinator, and she is the one we credit for making us appear witty and clever on days when we have writer’s block.
Killian has had a number of hospitality work experiences and has worked with a handful of organizations in Southern Nevada in various capacities. From her perspective, the most notable was assisting in the coordination of The Rape Crisis Center’s 2018 Denim Day Luncheon. Special events are her jam.
She has a passion for giving back to the community and sharing her skills for good, which she has continued since moving from Las Vegas to Montana. PiP hasn’t let her drift too far, though. It is our mission to keep her connected to her home community and the many organizations she has supported throughout the years. None of us have been the same without her bright smile and willingness to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.
Killian graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2017 with a degree in Hospitality Management, and she is a proud alum of the UNLV Honors College. As Killian likes to share, she is grateful for her opportunities at UNLV and the Honors College for the well-rounded education she received as well as the connections she made, like her connection with PiP’s founder, Stacey!
